I’ve been doing crafty things and decorating my house (over and over) for what seems like forever!  I love a good project and if it’s hard or a challenge, then even better!  I learned how to crochet when I was very young from my mother but didn’t rediscover it until 2013 and then quickly took to it.  It’s a great project while you’re on the go and it’s so versatile!

I am a music girl at heart and have a degree in music and piano from James Madison Univeristy.  This is my first love and always will be.  I live for a great concert or a fantastic music event.  A music event while I can sit and crochet?  Bliss!

I started crocheting while staying home with my kids in my spare time between piano students.  My 3 boys were great models for all the hats I began crafting feverishly.  I quickly graduated into more difficult patterns and then segued into making my own creations.  I just recently began writing them down and voila… the blog was born!
